WHY WE EXIST
Our company focus is to do well by doing good.
To succeed on a global stage, the UK needs to both develop Tech and Digital skills and, equally importantly, to address our workforce productivity gap.
We are aware that employees cannot become technically skilled via a one-off short course nor via virtual learning.
This is why The Development Manager (TDM) have decided to help by coaching and training employees through a continuously renegotiated Work-Based Learning plan (featuring a systematic coaching and training process which incorporates short courses and virtual learning).
We coach and train employees to achieve and exceed industry led standards at embedded and end-point assessments.
An Ofsted Monitoring visit report on our Apprenticeships delivery has been published online recently. It is worth comparing our Significant Progress + Significant Progress + Significant Progress grades with the national trend for grades (Nov 2018) as shown in this spreadsheet (from FE week).
We access Apprenticeships Funding to Triangulate Employer Needs with both Employee Needs and National / Regional Skills Development Needs
TDM develop:
Tech and Digital Knowledge, Understanding and Competencies
Employability Skills, Attitudes and Behaviours
Bespoke Apprenticeships Academies / Corporate Universities
Our commitment to Safeguarding
TDM are committed to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk.
Safeguarding is everybody’s responsibility and we have an essential role to play in making our learning community safe and secure.
Our Safeguarding Policy can be read on our Policies Page.
