“We are looking for an Apprentice with an IT related background, or at least so as they know their way around a computer!
“Someone who wants hands-on training and isn’t afraid to come and get stuck in.
“The role will involve lifting and carrying, servicing and repairing the machinery, as well as solutions based tasks such as software repairs.”
“The position is wide and varied, from taking the machine out of the box to Pre-Delivery Install (PDI), plugging the equipment into the customer’s systems and print drivers and follow up remote support, with a fifty fifty split between hands on hardware fixing, and IT related software tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for career progression for the right candidate. You would be working your way to becoming a Field Service Engineer with extensive in-house and Manufacturer training.
This role is varied, and you will be learning technical and customer facing aspects of becoming an experienced Engineer. You will be assisting with setting up, installing and integrating new devices onto customer networks. You will also be visiting customers with the engineers on live breakdowns and maintenance visits to gain plenty of on-site training.
