Why choose an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are for those who want to gain qualifications whilst working full-time. By taking an apprenticeship you will achieve a nationally-recognised standard in your profession. You will follow a training programme and you will be able to apply your skills and knowledge immediately within your workplace.
What are the benefits?
With a TDM Apprenticeship you will be employed by a company who are investing their time into developing you up as a colleague for the long term.
You get to work alongside experienced staff who will help you to develop job-specific skills. So, as an apprentice, you will be gaining new skills and valuable on-the-job experience – whilst earning a salary as you study.
What will I earn?
Each employer decides on their own apprentice salary, but they are legally obliged to salary at least the National Apprentice Wage (or National Minimum Wage).
