Our Apprentice of the Month Award is an opportunity for the spotlight to shine on one of our current apprentices who has worked hard, accomplished, applied themselves or has achieved something fantastic whilst on programme. This is an opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and their value, not only for the learner but also for the employer and the business they work within.

In order to be awarded Apprentice of the Month, learners can be nominated by their TDM coach, other TDM members of staff who have come into contact with the apprentice and also from their mentor, employer or colleagues they work along side.

Apprentice of the Month – May

Our Apprentice of the Month Award for April goes to Jack Ashman at Senses Web Solutions. Jack is currently on his Software Development Level 4 Apprenticeship.

Jack’s nomination came through his Apprenticeship coach, Mel, who wanted to highlight Jack’s shining and growing ability as a software developer.

“He is working on really complex and high level projects so early on and he is really applying himself and growing massively in terms of technical skills and professional development.”

“He really stands out and is quick to self-assess and correct any errors.
“He is very driven to achieve and is really going from strength to strength within the workplace.”
Congratulations Jack and the team over at Senses Web, also a special mention to Jack’s mentor, Matt, who has supported and continues to support Jack on his apprenticeship.
