Our Apprentice of the Month Award is an opportunity for the spotlight to shine on one of our current apprentices who has worked hard, accomplished, applied themselves or has achieved something fantastic whilst on programme. This is an opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and their value, not only for the learner but also for the employer and the business they work within.
In order to be awarded Apprentice of the Month, learners can be nominated by their TDM coach, other TDM members of staff who have come into contact with the apprentice and also from their mentor, employer or colleagues they work along side.
Apprentice of the Month – July
Our Apprentice of the Month Award for July goes to Joe Lee from The DM Lab. Joe is currently on his Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Joe’s nomination came through his employer and Creative Director for The DM Lab, Dale, who wanted to praise Joe for his brilliant ability, dedication and commitment to his role and Apprenticeship.
“He is absolutely flying at the moment, doing brilliantly managing projects and communicating directly with clients.”
“A few of his projects that he has taken the lead on have recently gone live.”
“He hasn’t missed a day since starting with us, always on time and we have to gee him up to finish at the end of the day so we can go home!”
“Also him and our other Apprentice, Harv, are making an excellent team between them.”
“He is absorbing everything and we literally only need to show him something once and he’s mastered it.”
“He definitely deserves the praise!”
Dale was keen to share with us a couple of examples of Joe’s work so far, projects that he is taking the lead on and supporting clients with superbly.
